Primary Medical Care
Health For All operates a primary care facility that provides non-emergency health services, as well as treatment for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and cardiac/respiratory diseases.
Staff and medical volunteers provide education about diet, exercise, smoking cessation and much more for patients suffering from diseases that can be prevented and treated through the clinic.
Pharmaceutical Care
The Health For All pharmacy multiplies community funds using pharmaceutical company medication assistance programs in order to provide over $30 of medications for each $1 of donations.
We provide medications ranging from antibiotics to thyroid medications. The most needed drugs treat hypertension, diabetes, cardiac and respiratory diseases, depression, arthritis and seizure disorders.
Health For All also provides counseling services to help patients learn how to maximize the effectiveness of their prescriptions and alter their lifestyles in order to reduce their need for certain drugs.
Foot Care
Health For All hosts volunteer podiatrists who provide foot care for patients who might otherwise loose a toe, foot or leg due to diabetes without diligent treatment and care for their feet.
Vision Care
Health For All offers complete eye examinations and eye disease detection by volunteer optometrists. Those with more serious eye care needs are referred to collaborating ophthalmologists.
Behavioral Health Counseling
Health For All provides behavioral health counselors who evaluate patient psychiatric needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy and make referrals as appropriate.
Specialist Referrals
Health For All provides access to a network of volunteer physicians and specialists that have agreed to provide free or reduced cost consultations for our patients. Specialists include dermatologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, gynecologists, internists, nephrologists, neurologists, ophthalmologists, orthopedists, osteopaths, rheumatologists, surgeons and urologists .
